The Indiana Town Marshal's Association represents the Town Marshal's for the State of Indiana. Members are composed of Marshal's and Deputy Marshal's from all throughout the State of Indiana. In Indiana, any Police Department comprised of three or less members is called a Marshal's Department. Marshal's have full Police Authority in the State of Indiana and also have statewide arrest powers.
